A $500 refundable security deposit is required at the time of checkout. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and inspected for damage, excessive wear, missing items, or other applicable charges.
If delivery is requested, the delivery fee is $198, which includes the first 20 miles from our office. An additional $2.00 per mile will be charged for each mile beyond the initial 20 miles.
The machine must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted. If the equipment requires cleaning before it is returned, it is the renter's responsibility to clean it.
The fuel tank must be returned full, or at the same fuel level as when the equipment was received. Failure to return the equipment clean or with the proper fuel level may result in deductions from the security deposit.
